To submit your poster, please take the following steps:

1.) Click on the name of your Fellowship Program (below) to access the google form required to upload your poster.

2.) Complete the google form in it's entirety.  It will ask for identifying information such as your name and the name and co-presenter information if applicable.

 

***This form will also ask you to upload the PDF of your poster.  No other file types will be accepted!  ***

Please make sure you are uploading the copy of the poster you wish to print for Symposium only!

You will not be able to edit or change your file once you hit the submit button.  

Posters may be in portrait or landscape format with the following title:

 LastName_FirstName_SympPoster (ex. Warzyniec_Kristin_SympPoster)

For students who are presenting posters as partners:   Please pick one co-presenter to submit your final poster to the google form prior to the deadline.  It is important that you communicate with your co-presenter to ensure that your poster is submitted - Do not assume that the other student has submitted the final PDF!  One co-presenting student should submit the poster and select their own Fellowship Program below.  Posters will be ready to pick up on July 30 and 31.  Each program will handle poster distribution differently.  We will give you that schedule soon.

Questions about this process can be directed to UROP.Symposium@umich.edu, but if you wait until just before the deadline, you may not get a response in time.  You could be responsible for printing and paying for your own poster if you miss the deadline.  Please plan ahead!

 

Reminder:  The deadline to submit your final poster for printing is 9:00pm, Monday, July 23rd.
